Noble Red Roussanne

Noble Red Roussanne 2021 has been made from Nagambie Lakes fruit, fermented and aged in French oak (50% new) for 10 months with occasional lees stirring.  The wine displays mandarin, stone fruit and blossom characteristics with a hint of beeswax and subtle oak. Enjoy now or cellar for 5+ years.

Noble Red Orange 

Noble Red Orange 2020 is a skin contact wine made from riesling and chardonnay grapes. The wine displays orange, apricot and marmalade characteristics with a hint of blossom and ginger. Best enjoyed now or cellar for up to 5 years. Serve chilled.

Noble Red Orange 2021 is made from riesling, viognier and catawba grapes.

The wine displays orange, watermelon and sherbet characteristics with a hint of musk. Best enjoyed now or cellar for up to 5 years. Serve chilled.

Noble Red Shiraz

Noble Red Shiraz 2020 has been aged for 12 months in French oak (10% new). This wine displays dark fruit and herbaceous aromas. The palate is well balanced with dark plum and black pepper characteristics with herbal undertones. The oak is well balanced with medium tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red GSM

Noble Red Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2017 is made up of 55% Grenache, 25% Shiraz and 20% Mourvedre. This wine displays toffee, dark cherry and strawberry aromas. The palate showcases generous fruit structure with soft tannins and a hint of tobacco. This wine is unfiltered and can be cellared for up to 8 years.

Noble Red Rosé

Noble Red Rosé 2021 is made from 50% Grenache and 50% Mourvèdre grapes. Made in a French 'Provence' style,  the wine is bright, salmon-pink in colour with rose, peach and strawberry aromas and a hint of spice. The palate is soft, medium bodied with red fruit characteristics and a savoury finish. This wine is best enjoyed within the next three years. A perfect match with any meal, especially during the warmer months.

Noble Red Carménère

Noble Red Carménère 2019 displays meaty and capsicum aromas with a hint of roasted tomatoes. The wine is savoury with jammy red fruit characteristics and a velvety, long finish. This wine is unfiltered and can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red Merlot

Noble Red Merlot 2017 displays red fruit aromas with a hint of chocolate and cedar. The palate is smooth, with lush vanilla characteristics and soft, lingering tannins with subtle oak. This wine is unfiltered and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red Mataro Shiraz

Noble Red Mataro Shiraz 2017 is made up of 60% Mataro and 40% Shiraz with partial whole bunch fermentation. It displays red fruit aromas with a savoury, earthy spice. The palate is round and meaty, with a hint of oak, tight tannins and a peppery finish. This wine is unfiltered and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red Cabernet Sauvignon

Noble Red Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 displays blackcurrant, vanilla and mixed spice aromas. The addition of Cabernet Franc results in a full bodied palate with dark fruit characteristics, elegant French oak and lingering tannins. This wine is unfiltered and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red 'Ellena' Shiraz 2012

'Ellena' is a wine dedicated to our first Granddaughter born in September 2012. This Shiraz displays plum, black fruit aromas with peppery tones.
The addition of ripe Cabernet Franc and French oak maturation results in a rich palate with well structured tannins that lead to a long finish. This wine has been matured in barrel for 16 months, using 25% new French oak barrels.

Noble Red 'Arek' Shiraz 2014

'Arek' is a wine dedicated to our first Grandson born in September 2014. This Shiraz displays lifted peppery spice and blueberries. It has a quite powerfully focused palate with tightly wound tannin. The wine is inky with a core of dense and layered fruit. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 15 years.

Noble Red 'DK' Shiraz 2017

'DK' is a wine dedicated to our daughter Katryna, and her husband Damian - Noble Red's 2nd generation. This Shiraz displays rich, dark cherry aromas with a hint of herbs and spice. The palate shows dense plum characteristics with velvety, lingering tannins and a touch of pepper. This wine is unfiltered and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 15 years.

Noble Red 'ARS' Shiraz 2017

'ARS' is a wine dedicated to our son Robert, and his fiancee Antra - Noble Red's 2nd generation. This Shiraz  is dominated by whole bunch fermentation (80%) displaying rich, dark fruit aromas with a hint of leather and herbs. The palate shows smoky, ripe fruit characteristics with tight tannins and a herbal finish. This wine is unfiltered and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red 'B.S.T.' Shiraz 2016

No one quite understands the struggles, the hard work and the time that goes into making a wine unless they experience it for themselves. Hence the name – Blood, Sweat and Tears.

Noble Red BST has been made using 50% whole bunches and aged for 24 months in French oak (50% new). The wine displays rich, dark fruit aromas with peppery tones. The wine is dense and well structured with elegant, lingering tannins. This wine is unfiltered and can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Noble Red Durif

Noble Red Durif has a deep red colour with earthy, savoury aromas and a hint of violet. The palate is rich and full bodied with spicy plum and dark chocolate undertones and loads of lush tannins. This wine can be enjoyed in 5 years time and can be cellared for up to 20 years.
